The Law Collective’s mission is to support pro bono legal services throughout California by providing a wide range of information that is designed to link clients with legal service programs in our local communities. Whether you are a private client or just need more information, we are your network for identifying legal service programs and volunteer opportunities and will assist in your representation of low income or disadvantaged clients. We have been fortunate enough to have some of the biggest verdicts and settlements against some of America’s biggest companies, including: The Home Depot, CVS, Walgreens, Uber, Lyft, FedEx, Ryder, and Amazon.
Our attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff are committed to helping people across communities and generations secure their constitutional rights. When the attorneys at The Law Collective recognize crises and people in need, they step up to the plate to provide free legal services and respond to an ever changing environment in desperate need. Our attorneys have helped countless men, women and children at the L.A. Mission, have helped underprivileged and underserved communities fight for their rights both inside and outside of courtrooms and have helped patients in need of legal help during the 2020 Worldwide Covid-19 Pandemic–ALL FREE OF CHARGE. It has been the mission of The Law Collective and of the founding partners-Elliot & Aaron Eslamboly that makes Pro Bono Legal aid possible all over California. Without their desire to help and take charge for communities and people who are underrepresented, The Law Collective has become a haven for those who have no voice. If you or a loved one has been in an accident or has been injured, and you do not have the means for legal representation– our attorneys are here for you.
More importantly, it is our understanding that life just isn’t fair sometimes. Our mission in life and in the legal community is to even the playing field. If you feel that a big corporation, big insurance company or entity is abusing your rights–the Law Collective wants to hear from you. We take special pride in helping others when they are not otherwise represented. It is those very cases that differentiates The Law Collective as a firm from the rest. No case is too big, and no client is too small.
Our impact has stretched far across California in light of the number of potential clients that need our help. Every year, employers across the state abuse their workers’ rights, don’t pay affordable wages, mistreat them and try and get away with it. The Law Collective’s settlements and verdicts has held BIG Corporations such as The Home Depot, CVS, Walgreens, Uber, Lyft, FedEx, Ryder, and Amazon all accountable for their actions. If you or a family member does not have the financial means to hire a lawyer, please call our attorneys today for a free case evaluation. At the very least, our attorneys can guide you as to your next steps and give you peace of mind.
Not everyone has access to high profile legal representation by world class attorneys. At The Law Collective, we seek to make legal counsel available to everyone, regardless of creed, color, age, race or socio-economic background.
Few know that The Law Collective started in Los Angeles’ Fashion District in Downtown Los Angeles. Just minutes from the famous Santee Alley–attorneys Elliot and Aaron Eslamboly sought out to protect the rights of communities when they otherwise had no voice. With a small office on the second floor of a garment building, they have set out to change the world and the communities in which they live. With multimillion dollar settlements and verdicts on behalf of poor black, Hispanic and immigrant communities, The Law Collective continues to change the way in which law is practiced for those in dire need of representation.
